I am a little afraid of the idea of a live action Avatar movie trilogy. I'm sure these kids are good actors and actresses, but really? Couldn't they have found kids that weren't all white? I know i'm probably just being a whiny Avatard, but i think they should have looked into different peoples other than caucasian. Considering all the characters are mostly of Asian decent.

But i guess we'll just have to wait and see. -_x

I am bored out of my mind. I'd never thought that i would be saying this, but i really wished i had worked today. One good thing to note though, they did give me five shifts on the new schedule.

So that leaves me to wonder if i should call Conspiracy and bug them to hire me. Maybe i will. For a change, you know. We'll have to see. I don't think that they'll hire me, but i guess its worth a shot.

On the art front, i haven't been producing anything other than crappy little scribbles. I guess i'm just not motivated enough at the moment, or maybe the lethargy has finally taken it's toll. I've just been sitting around in front of the computer watching Justice League all day.

I am going to see the new Terminator movie tonight so maybe that'll give me some energy. It just seems that whenever i go to sit and draw something, all my energy is sucked out and my hand doesn't do what i want it too.

Don't mind me, i'm just in one of my i can't draw and wont get anywhere moods.

I think i'll go watch Batman beat the living shit out of someone. That should cheer me up! XP

P.S. I have been looking into building a Bat House. When i have the money, i'll ask my Uncle to help my build one!

Well, as i usually do, i changed into my pajama pants when i got home today. Comfort is a mighty important thing. And as i was walking around my room, preparing to start my homework, i happened to bend down to pick something up off of the floor and what do i hear? None other than a loud, resounding RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPP! Yep. I ripped my pants. What the fuck? I ripped my pants.

Now none of you can ever tell my i am not fat! *shakes finger at you all*

I hope everyone has a great Christmas! I know i will! I wish everyone lots or food, presents, and especially love. The greatest gift of them all!

A month off pretty much. I am so happy. *sigh of relief* I wasn't expecting second year to be so much, but this is Illustration, they like to do this to us. XD I still strangely feel like i should be doing homework.

We actually get to put up the christmas tree this year! I was depressed that we couldn't do it last year because Carlo had the hospital bed there and everything. My grandparents tried to give me shit for putting it up because there "isn't any room" (we still have the big chair that Carlo got after his surgery). But by god i freaking made room! Where there's a Lisa there is a way. :P So i'm just waiting until everyone is home one night to decorate it. And a string of lights isn't working, so i'll make Carlo figure that one out. :P

Now all that is left is to make presents! Also a lady at work is paying me to draw a picture of Criss Angel for her son for Christmas, so i have to get that done first. Shouldn't take too long, it's just in pencil and on a normal letter size paper. She originally wanted me to do a poster size, but didn't like how much it would cost her. XD So after much haggling we arrived at this solution. I asked for $25 for the small one, but even that was too much, so i had to settle for $20. Oh well, it's still something i guess.

Well, here i am, procrastinating. I swear, i'll get something done tonight other than watch Fringe. XD

It's crunch time folks. Have three assignments due for next week. Have one well underway, one semi started, and the other i haven't even touched. I am the best student ever. *rolls eyes*

Going to (hopefully) see Repo: the Genetic Opera tomorrow with some friends in Toronto. When Nicole originally showed me the trailer i had no motivation to see it at all. Then Chantel asked Suzanne, Jenny, and I if we wanted to go with her and i said why not. Night out on the town, get to relax and hang out. I watched some clips and listened to some of the songs on youtube. They didn't seem terrible. It'll be a hit or miss for me, but everyone else is excited for it so i can't help but pick up on that. Either way it'll be a great night. Nicole was supposed to have and gone seen it tonight, hopefully she made it, i know how much she really wanted to see it. She works tomorrow so she's not able to come out with us. Makes me sad, i haven't had much time to see her a lot lately, or a lot of my other friends for that matter.

Christmas break is coming up (thank god!)! More time to play video games, sleep, make money, and see everyone! Man, i can't wait!

I'm going to stop procrastinating now and get my roughs and some colour studies done.

That makes me very happy. We usually have class at 2pm on Thursdays, but my prof. is away at some conference and she couldn't find someone to sub for her. So no class. This is the best thing that has happened all week. XD

Now i can hopefully catch up/get ahead in my homework. I totally needed this day off.

I got my new computer today! Well, technically it was mine on friday. I bought a brand new iMac off of my brother. He had originally bought it so i could use the new Adobe software for school and i eventually saved up enough to take it off his hands.

I loooooooves it! It just feels so much more special because i can actually say that i PAID for it. All my other computers for just given to me, but this one is MINE! Minemineminemine (that was for you Jenn ;P).

Now i can do my homework when i want to and not have to wait for my brother to get off the computer!

Mwahahahahahahaha. I can finally watch dvds in my room again. XD

Well tonight sucked, for the most part.

Was all excited to go to my soccer game. Got there early. Warmed up a little. Then guess what happens? We see lighting in the distance. The ref ended up calling the game before ours early, but we waited around until after nine, but then they ended up calling ours too. But guess what decides to go away after the other team leaves? Yep, the rain. It stopped. This is the fourth game that we have had cancelled on us. And it sucks. I paid money for this and we've barely gotten to play.

So some of us decided to go out to QB's and chill out for a bit and munch on some deep fried pickles (soooooooooooo good). There were five of us plus my mom, she is our cheerleader. Lol, she'd probably kill me if she heard me say that. XD So anyway, we're sitting there chatting and eating our food when this guy comes over and asks if he can sit with us. We kind of just look at him, but he goes on to say that he's there with his baseball team and that there are no girls so he wanted to know if he could join us. We were like sure whatever. He ended up being a pretty nice guy (and nice looking too), his name was Jason, 25, 26 in december, and a teacher. Blah, blah, blah. So then his other buddies come over to our table too. It was pretty interesting. The waitress brought Jason his wings that he ordered because he didn't want to share the spicy ones with his friends because he didn't like them. She even brought him a little glass of milk with a lid and a straw. She had apparently called him a pansy because he wanted mild wings. Lol. So we laugh and joke about it. They were pretty nice guys, not rude or anything. It was pretty good. ;)

We definitely need to out to the bars more often, ladies. :P

This turned out to be a great weekend! :D

Amy was down this weekend from the camp she is working at so i got together with her and Suzanne and Fanny, as well as one of Amy's other friends Jordan. I met them down at Spencer Smith after work Saturday and we walked around, went to Conspiracy and to RC's for dinner. I love that place. If you guys don't know what it is it's a little retro diner that has some really great potato wedges. The meals are like $5.00, the prices are great, they have ice cream too.

I bought some comics while we were at Conspiracy. I had already been there Thursday with Rob, i bought the fourth Authority book and the Black Canary/Green Arrow Wedding Special. But while i was there yesterday i bought an Aliens vs Predator book, it was only like $7.00, and i also bought a the hardcover volume one of the The Spirit. I'm excited to read it, i'd been meaning to check it out for a while now.

After we ate and everything we walked around by the lake and climbed on the rocks and all that. We doodled on one of the rocks, just little silly things. Amy had a marker with her. XD The we walked around some more and eventually we split up, Amy and Jordan headed off to the pub across from the Famous Players and Suzanne, Fanny, and I walked back to Suzanne's. We watched some Invader Zim and eventually Fanny went home and Suzanne and I read our comics a bit then we ended up going to bed at around 3am. I was beat! It had taken us a good hour and half to walk from lake shore back to Suzanne's. I ended up calling in sick today, just spent the day with Suzanne and one of her friends from work.

I'm really glad i got to see Amy this weekend. I probably wont be seeing her again until late August, after she's done with the camp.

Well i'm off to go do some reading and most likely i'll throw on a movie and have nap or go to bed early. I might end up doing some drawing too, i'm in the mood. I'm really tired. XD

I Saw the Iron Man movie about three hours ago, which would be last night technically, i think. It hurts my brain....Aaaaaaaanywho, i really enjoyed it! Now i'm even more hyped for the Dark Knight, they had a trailer for it before the movie! Back to Iron Man, i loved his little helper robots! They were cute. I think they did a really good job with his armour, especially mixing the CG suit with the real actor. And it was just damn cool. Lots of stuff blew up. I am quite satisfied.

Got a free movie pass too! The air conditioning wasn't working in our theater so they handed them out to us as we were leaving. It wasn't that uncomfortable. I'll admit once the movie started i wasn't paying much attention to the temperature. But you do know how people love to complain. Apparently some people complained about the lights too. Does it matter if they are left on during the previews?? Really, people, just shut the fuck up. Contrary to popular belief, no one actually cares about what you have to say, they just want you out of there. Take it from me, unless you were physically injured or assaulted or something terrible like that, no body cares, especially if you bitch. That just makes it worse. XD But enough of my customer rant.

**EDIT** Curses! There was a clip after the credits and i missed it! I told my mom and brother we should have waited because everybody was saying Nick Fury played my Sam Jackson was supposed to be in the movie, which he wasn't, and you can't say Sam Jackson is going to be in a movie without actually having him the movie. Did they want to stay? No. Does anyone ever listen to me when i make suggestions? No. I am usually right too. Now i will have to go see it again. XD Cuz i'm a crazy like that.

I wore my sandals today. Walked to Amy's place after class, we had gotten out early. Today was a very good day. ^_^

Well, i was up pretty much all night last night with my Mom, she has the flu. Stayed home from school today to take care of her, can't leave her in the hands of my brother! XD I have to say it's been nice taking care of her for a change. Plus the sun is shining and i even have my window open so i can hear the birds outside chirping. The only bad part was having to clean up the vomit....give me blood and guts, anything, ANYTHING but vomit. That i just can't do...*shudder*

SNOOOOOOOOW DAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!

Best day ever! I almost went to school too. When i got up the website didn't say another so i left. Was almost there when the radio said the school was closed! So we just turned around and i went right back to bed. Woke up at 11:30 am, greatest feeling ever. ^_^

Went to their concert at the Docks Tuesday night with Nicole and i have to say it was amazing! :D We got their around 4-ish so we were pretty much at the front of the line. We met some really nice ladies while we were waiting. We ended up all having the VIP tickets, which meant that we got early entrance and a free poster. What we didn't know was that we were also going to meet the band after the show! I almost peed myself (but not really, i'm a big girl now)! The show was great! The band that opened i had never heard of before, Paradise Lost, they were ok. We were right in front of the stage, it was amazing. Until the pushing started. I felt like a sardine, i have the bruises to prove it. But once Nightwish came on it was insane. But they did a really good job. I would so go to another concert! :D There was this nice security guard who was standing in front of us, Paul. Thank you Paul, you saved our lives from the crazy crowd surfers! It was all around an amazing night, Nikki managed to get some pictured with her phone, and Emppu's guitar pick, lol. The band was really nice, they signed our posters. Nicole was smart and brought her cd for them to sign, i did not. XD I'm kicking myself now. *sniffles* I bought a t-shirt though! :D I can't wait until they come back again! I think they might be coming back next year...

The new singer, Anette, did an amazing job. They played some of the older songs, and though she may not have the same power as Tarja, she's a really great singer. And she's really nice, to top it all off. ^_~ I can't say more how great i thought it all was. My first time at a concert like that, i haven't been to many so it was an experience.
